The site is located on the edge of Drogheda town, a key strategic growth node identified in the government spatial strategy. Sitting on the north banks of the river Boyne the site enjoys extensive uninterrupted views out across the water to the hinterland beyond.

The proposed application puts forward a high-quality scheme of 192 no. residential units and associated commercial units. We are seeking to create a sense of arrival to Drogheda and a new sense of place at this end of the town. Currently the urban grain becomes unstructured at this part of the Newtown Road, as it leaves the town.

We are proposing to bookend the town with this development. The development of four storey apartments along the northern edge of the site will create a definite sense of arrival to this urban realm.
